Who we are:

AnimationNB Inc.is an incorporated non-profit collective/collaborative of government agencies, academia and businesses within New Brunswick that represents and promotes the commercial interests of animation and interactive media, television, and independent feature film companies.

Why should you join?

There are several benefits to joining ANB, the least of which is becoming part of a growing network. We want people to know who you are and what you do in the animation industry. We want people to be able to see how many talented professionals work in New Brunswick.

We also have a section for job postings. AnimationNB is going to work hard at bringing notice to the industry of the talent avalaible in New Brunswick and to bring news to new Brunswick of postings and bids available. We want this thriving industry to continue to grow.

Membership runs from September to September.

At the moment our membership costs are still $25.00 - that may change.

The goals of AnimationNB

The goal of ANB is to extend the reach of NB animation related companies to national and global audiences and businesses.

Our extended objectives:

We are interested in forming an industry driven alliance with the following objectives:

1. Develop awareness within market segments in Canada and the USA of the capabilities to be found in New Brunswick related to all aspects of animation production.

2. To seek out opportunities to which our members can submit their credentials and proposals on an individual basis.

3. Create a platform within the province for those involved in animation to meet and work together.

4. To provide mentoring to individuals entering the field.

5. To establish an entity through which funding from members and government agencies can be funneled towards promotional marketing of new Brunswick’s animation industry.

6. To identify and profile capabilities within new Brunswick related to the animation industry.

In achieving these objectives, the long term intent of the alliance is to develop and enhance the sustainable financial viability for its members and provide opportunities within New Brunswick for career within the animation industry.
